Toledo S. Bailey's Obituary
BAILEY, TOLEDO S. Born December 6, 1915 in Frost, Texas and passed away December 13, 2009 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by husband, Earl J. Bailey; parents, Albert and Callie Short; sisters, Janie Compton, Willie Goodman, and Imogene Melton; and brother, Jimmie Short. Loving mother of only son, Jimmie P. Lynch of Dallas, TX. Toledo is also survived by sisters, Mackie Hopkins of Dallas, TX, Johnnie Fay Meadows of Addison, TX; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Toledo retired from The Federal Reserve Bank. She was a member of The Westminster Presbyterian Church of Dallas and was a Meals on Wheels volunteer. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm, Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, December 17, 2009 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
