Tommy Ray Knowlton's Obituary
Many words describe Tommy Ray Knowlton, devoted husband, loving father, caring grandfather, but above all, he was a good man. Tommy was born January 19, 1941 to Blanche and William Knowlton in Seagoville, Texas. He graduated from high school in 1959 and went into the army where he served until 1964. Meeting the love of his life Margaret Knowlton was the highlight of his life, they were happly married for many years. They attended Spence Park Baptist Church were Tommy was the deacon for 30 years.
Tommy worked in the graphic award industry for 35 years and later worked for Cracker Barrell for 20 years. As a couple Margret and Tommy enjoyed many years of square dancing with Skirts and Shirts where they made many life long friends. They were blessed with five children: Selane, Edith (deceased), Charisma and her husband, Chris, Doug and his wife Marcy and Allen. His grandchildren were his pride and joy, Matt and wife Wendy, Sarah, John and his wife Emily, Tony, Porschea, Tiffany, Brandy and her husband Jacob, Hunter and Garrett. Great-grandkids: Audrey, Cody, Brayden, Katelynn, Madeline, Makenzie, Annabelle and, Colton. He also had many friends that he regarded as family. These people lost a truly great man, but Heaven gained an angel.
