Funeral services for Tommy E. Poole will commence at 10:00AM on Thursday, August 25, 2022 in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Memorial Park. Pastor Gene Witt will officiate. Interment with military honors will follow the funeral at Read Obituary
Tommy, I will always remember you flying in to Longview to pick me up after Laronda and I struck a chord at Lake O the Pines back in ‘85. We were kids then but I knew even then she was something special. I was crazy about her and you saw it. She was a beautiful person inside and out.
A few years later I ran into Jimmy at North Texas. It was so damn good to see him. God had other plans for Laronda and when he called her home you and Marion made sure I knew and I will never forget that as long as I live.
You, Laronda, and Jimmy were and will continue to be a very special part of my life and I can only hope and pray that I will see you guys again someday. May God bless and keep you and yours.
Marian we have truly lost a wonderful Man. I will never forget the wonderful trip we took to Germany in 2003, traveling with the 2 of you made it such a memorable adventure. My deepest sympathy and love.
