SALINAS, TONY born June 13, 1940 in Dallas, TX and passed away January 10, 2013 in Irving, TX. He is survived by brothers, Willie Salinas and Fred Salinas; sister, Julia Vasquez; sister-in-law, Lupe Ortega and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held at 2:30 PM, Monday, January 14 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
