POLLAKOWSKI, TRACI was born May 25, 1966 and passed away August 13, 2007. Survived by parents, Charles & Vernell Pollakowski; brothers, Charles Pollakowski and Keith Pollakowski & wife, Geri; sister, Lisa Ann Plantemoli & husband Len; nephew, C.J. Plantemoli; God daughter, Olivia Plantemoli; her companion, Cindy Martin and her children, Chris, Jonathan, Jennifer and Emily. Memorial services will be held at 3:30 pm, Friday, August 17, 2007 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Gathering to celebrate her life, after the services, will be at 4709 W. Plano Pkwy., Homestead Suites.
