Tristram Scott Barnard's Obituary
Tristram “Scott” Barnard of McKinney, Texas, formerly of Van Buren Bay, Dunkirk, NY passed away on June 15, 2021. He was born in Rockville Centre, New York on June 22, 1962, the son of Betty Cullinan Barnard of Van Buren Bay and the late Tristram Barnard. He graduated from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 1985 and later studied for an advanced degree in Business Management at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Scott was a salesman who enjoyed golfing, fishing, and playing hockey and was a huge fan of the Dallas Stars.
In addition to his mother, Scott is survived by his three sons; Tristram Joseph Barnard, William Joseph Barnard, and Thomas Joseph Barnard; his daughter in law, Lauren Lally; his brother, Caleb Barnard; and six sisters, Deborah Barnard-Ray, Sheryl Barnard-DeShong, Susan Barnard-Griffith, Brittany Barnard, Meredith Barnard-Panasci, and Caldwell Barnard-Proper. He is also survived by eight nephews, Michael, Timothy and Daniel Daly; Brenton, Nathan and Evan DeShong; Jacob Panasci; and Boone Proper; and four nieces, Jessica Griffith, Katharine Panasci, and Finn and Elowen Proper. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Aaron and Katharine Barnard; his maternal grandparents, William and Lillian Cullinan; and his brother, Aaron Carr Barnard.
