Tylene P. Wall's Obituary
WALL, TYLENE P. Born July 6, 1918 in Clay County, TX and passed away August 18, 2009 in Irving, TX. Mrs. Wall attended business school after graduating high school. Her hobbies were cooking, crocheting and working crossword puzzles. She was so detailed oriented remembering events and birthdates that she was the coordinator of social events for her family and friends. Mrs. Wall was a member of the Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, Dallas, TX. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Obon O. Wall and numerous nieces and nephews. She was treasured and loved by all who had the priviledge to know her. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Josephine Powell, her brothers Leroy, Morgan, George, Jr. and her sister Pauline Powell Thoes. Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Friday, August 21, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 22, 2009 at Restland Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Children’s Hospital, 1935 Medical District Drive, Dallas, TX 75235 and/or Vitas Hospice Charitable Fund, 8585 N. Stemmons Freeway, Suite 700, South Tower, Dallas, TX 75246.
