Uyen Hoang Phan, age 45, of Garland, Texas died Friday, May 25, 2018 in Dallas, Texas of cancer. She was born on September 9, 1972 to Dung Kim Nguyen in Saigon Vietnam.Uyen is survived by her mother, Dung Kim Nguyen of Garland, Texas; sister, Oanh Phan of Garland, Texas; brother-in-law, Hong Nguyen of Garland, Texas; niece, Vivian Nguyen and nephew, Richard Nguyen both of Garland, Texas. She will be deeply missed by her family, her friends, and all who knew and loved her.The visitations for Ms. Phan will take place on Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Friday, June 1, 2018 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. A funeral service for Uyen Hoang Phan will take place on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 2:30 PM in the beautiful Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243.
