Vai Y Chau, 74, of Plano passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015 in Garland Texas. Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.at Restland Memorial Park, Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Chau was born June 2, 1941 in Vietnam. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phong Hoa Chau. Mrs. Chau is survived by her sons and daughters in law, Joseph and Mui Chau of Plano, Alan and Phung Chau of Corsicana, daughter and son in law Jane and Samuel McCollum of Corsicana; three grandchildren Justin Blake McCollum of Corsicana, Michelle and Jason Chau of Plano. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
