Valarie Ann Smith passed away on Sunday, October 13th, 2024. She will be sincerely missed by all her family, friends, and all who knew her.
Valarie was born in Mount Clemens, Michigan. Pre-deceased by parents Harvey C. Babbitt and Anna M. Cotroneo Babbitt, brothers Harvey A. Babbitt and Lawrence C. Babbitt, sister Cheryl E. Willis, and best childhood and lifelong friend Marilyn Pleiness, husbands Clyde E. Taylor III and Lyman S. Smith. Survived by sisters Constance (Robert) Deckers of Mount Clemens, Michigan, and Dana (Ronald) Tondino of Montreal, P.Q., Canada, and several nieces and nephews. Also survived by son and daughter-in-law Daniel and Sonya Smith, and grandchildren Connor and McKenna Smith; daughter and son-in-law, Anna Taylor and Javier Torres; son-in-law Richard Hilton; grandchildren Melissa, Kristin, Meredith, Aaron, and Jared Hilton; and one great-grandchild, Lawson Jennifer Hilton.
