Vandy is survived by his wife, Sone Ratsavong; son, Felix Ratsavong; son, Kevin Ratsavong; son, Kay Ratsavong; daughter, Sonya Bouthavong; 3 grandsons and 2 granddaughters. The visitation for Vandy will be from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Friday, November 21, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. The memorial service for Vandy will be at 2:30 PM on Saturday, Novemebr 22, 2014 in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
