Vanessa Sullivan's Obituary
Vanessa R. Sullivan, 36 of Dallas, Texas a devoted wife, mother, daughter, and sister has went on to be with our Lord on Tuesday, April 26, 2016. Vanessa was born April 30, 1979 in Prosser, Washington and was one of four children. She was a strong, loving, and kind woman and was always willing to help someone. She always saw the good in everyone. She left an imprint in everyone’s life. Vanessa was employed at Texas Health Resources. Vanessa is survived by her husband, Cesar Laso of 16 years; daughter, Beyonce Sullivan; son, Ivan Laso; father, Elias Mendez Sr.; mother, Maria Ayala; brother Lorenzo (Frances) Mendez; sister, La Toya (Brandon) Mendez-Tramell; brother, Elias (Shelly) Mendez Jr.; several nieces and nephews and other family members. John 14:1-4 “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going.” (Jesus’ words) Funeral Services will take place at 10:45 am, Saturday, April 30, 2016 at The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10:00 am in the chapel. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
