PHILIPS, VENETA LORENE was born on October 2, 1920 in McKinney, Texas, and passed away on January 20, 2012 in Allen, Texas. She is survived by her son, Don R. Philips and wife Brenda K.. Services will be held Wednesday, January 25th at 12:30 PM at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Visitation 1 hour prior to services in chapel.
