He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Phong Ying Chau; son Peter Ly and his wife, Meng Sok Ly; son, Hour Kim Ly and wife, Kim Sok Ly; grandchildren: Caroline Davis and husband Steven; Brian Ly; Selena Ly; Erica K. Ly; sister, Ly Lieng and her family and children; brother, Huong Kok Ly and his family and children; brother, Ly Kok Chheng and his family and children and all the nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Funeral services are pending at this time.
