Venice Elenor Sparks' Obituary
Venice Eleanor Sparks, a very loving wife and sister, a devoted mother, grandmother and friend, went to be with her Lord on June 23, 2010,surrounded by family. Venice was born on October 22, 1920, in Prosper, Texas. She lived in Dallas, Texas most of her life. Venice was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Dewell Sparks of 48 years and her son C.D. Sparks, Jr. Venice is survived by her granddaughter, Kimberly Fillingham and husband, C.J. Fillingham and great grandson Justin Fillingham of Trenton, Texas. Granddaughter, Tania Riley and husband Matt Riley of Leonard, Texas. Great granddaughter Sasha Mundrake of Denton, Texas. Great grandson Lash Mundrake of Lone Oak, Texas. Many loved nieces and nephews. Our grandmother was a very special part of our lives and helped mold us into the women we are today. She will be missed greatly by all. We love her very much.
