Vicki Lynn Shepard was born June 18,1953 to Wendel and Bobbie Cummings in Corsicana Texas and passed away November 21,2016 in Rowlett Texas. Vicki is preceded in death by her son Billy Shepard Jr., sister Phyllis Cummings and parents Wendel and Bobbie Cummings. Left to treasure her memories are her husband of 37 years Billy Shepard, daughter Stacy and husband Heath May their sons Dylan and Logan, Matthew and Cavin Shepard sons of Billy Shepard Jr.,sister Tami Kirby,mother- in- law Evelyn Whitten, many cousins,nieces, and nephews. The family will greet friends Saturday, November 26,2016 at 2:00 with the Memorial service to follow at the Wildwood Chapel at 3:00. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
