Theresa,Victor Jr., Lisa, Stephanie, and David, I am so sorry to hear about Victor Sr. He was a wonderful man! He will be truly missed. We are thinking about you.
I never had the honor of knowing Officer Lozada, but from all the news accounts it is obvious he was a wonderful man. May God bless you in the days to come.
Theresa and family, You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Dear Teresa & Family: Sorry to hear about Victor, our prayers are with you and all your family. God has taken another good man and father to be one of his guardian angels. He is now in company of our son Freddy and probably talking about motorcycles, they will be with us for years to come, but remember that we have our guardian angels in heaven. God will give you and your family the strength to continue on. With our sincere sympathy, Sylvia & Fred Will.
Victor and I were classmates in DPD Academy in 1988. It was my distinct honor and privilege to know this fine officer, husband and father. My heart goes out to his grieving family, and to the entire family at the Dallas Police Department. God bless you all in this trying time. Our prayers are with you. Rest in peace brother. We've got the watch from here. May God bless your family, friends and fellow officers who all mourn the loss of yet another hero. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
