Vien Thi Doan's Obituary
Vien Thi Doan, 92, of Garland, Texas, was born on September 24, 1930, in Vientiane, Laos, to De Dinh Doan and Quy Thi Nguyen. She passed away on April 30, 2023, in Garland.
Vien will be remembered for her generosity, her works of charity, her being a health practitioner/promoter, and for being a fan of the Chinese movie character Bao Cong.
Vien is survived by: her sons Kim Tran, Thach Tran, Trung Tran and Thinh Tran; her daughters Chau Tran, Hoang Tran, Tu Tran and Lien Tran; her grandsons Matthew Tran, Khoi Tran, Khoa Tran, Hieu Tran, Don Tran, Jason Tran, Duy-Anh Tran and Nhat-Anh Tran; her granddaughters Clara Tran, Michelle Tran, Jenna Tran, Bao-Anh Tran, Nhu Vu, Vy Vu and Leyna Tran.
Visitation will be between 2:00-8:00PM on Thursday and Friday, May 4th and 5th, 2023, at Restland Funeral Home
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00AM on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 4141 Apollo Road, Garland, Texas 75044.
