Vincent "Shorty" Simmons' Obituary
Born February 1, 1931 in Dallas, TX and passed away July 9, 2015 in Richardson, TX. Preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Betty Simmons. Survived by son, Michael Simmons; daughter, Paula Reid and husband, Alan, granddaughter, Rochelle Ramirez and husband, Frank; grandson, Justin Clark; and great granddaughter, Valeri Ramirez. Vincent was an avid Model “A” enthusiast. He loved his rose bushes and also loved mexican food and his margaritas. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm, Sunday, July 12, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will take place at 3:00 pm, Monday, July 13, 2015 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
