Vinh Bao Lam's Obituary
Vinh Bao Lam, a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend to many went to his heavenly home on Sunday, January 3, 2021, at 12:14pm. He passed away peacefully at Methodist Richardson Medical Center surrounded by his loved ones. Vinh was born to Phu Tan Lam and Minh Trinh October 5, 1964, in Saigon, Vietnam. He is the 8th of 9 siblings. He immigrated to the United States in 1979 and was the first in his family to pursue a college education. He completed his electrical engineering degree in 1986 from the University of Texas at Arlington. Vinh lived his life as a loving and thoughtful husband, father, and friend. He loved to spend time with family and friends and was passionate about sharing laughter with those around him. We will dearly miss him and forever cherish his love. He is survived by his wife, Hiep Thi Tran, daughter Jenny Lam, and son Kenny Lam
