Viola June Mayfield's Obituary
Mayfield, Viola was born to Norwegian parents, Ole C. and Nellie (Johnson) Stavn, on June 2, 1927, the 11th of 12 children on a farm near Hanover, Wisconsin. She died on December 6, 2013. She is survived by 3 daughters, Patsy Toczik of Forney, Texas, Kay Dutton of Lewisville, Texas, Audrey Gammons of Lewisville, Texas; sons-in-law, Mike Toczik and Bill Gammons; one sister, Helen Stavn North; two sisters-in-law, Leora (Bickle) Stavn, and Teresa (Piekarski) Stavn, Nelson; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, all who called her “Paw’Paw” and “lots” of cousins, nieces, and nephews. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be at 3:00 PM On Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Restland Abbey Chapel.
