Virginia Anglin's Obituary
Virginia Anglin was born on July 2, 1917, in Plum Creek, Texas to Charlie and Vinia Cunningham. She passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 28, 2014, at the age of 97. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband of 55 years, David Anglin, and five siblings. Virginia is survived by her three daughters: Genetta Richardson, Andrea Lewis (W.G.), and Deborah Pruett (Perry). She leaves a legacy of five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren: Kevin Anglin (Lora), Lisa Terrell (Reginald), Donovan Lewis (Yolanda), Nicole Shea (Derek), Ginger Matthews, Audrea Lewis, Reginald Shawn Terrell, Tatyana Terrell, Nicolas Shea, Caleb Matthews and Joshua Matthews. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law, Ardell Cunningham and Betty Wordlow and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Anglin was a faithful and active member of Bethany Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years until her health failed. The visitation for Virginia Anglin will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at Memorial Chapel, Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Ave. The funeral services for Virginia will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Bethany Baptist Church, 6710 Webster St., Dallas, TX 75209. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
