Virginia Grace Atkins Gish's Obituary
Born Aug. 1, 1930 in Gainesville, TX passed away March 1, 2015 in Mesquite, TX. Preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Thelma Atkins; son, David Gish. Survived by her husband of 55 years, Malcolm Gish; daughter, Gina Gish; daughter-in-law, Karen Gish; grandaughter, Madison Gish; grandson, Hayden Gish. She graduated from Gainesville High School in 1947 and received a B.S. in education at North Texas State. She was a private tutor and Sunday school teacher for many years. The visitation for Viriginia Gish will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday March 3, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. The service for Virginia will be held on Wednesday March 4, 2015 at 11:00 AM at St. Marks United Methodist Church, Mesquite. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
