Virginia Lee Jobe's Obituary
Virginia “Ginny” Lee Jobe went to meet our Lord on October 11, 2024, at the age of 77. She was born in Dallas, TX to Leland & Olga Lee.
Ginny made lifelong friends while she attended Thomas Jefferson high school and continued these friendships long after graduation. She continued her education at TCU and fondly remembered her time there where she was an interior design major and a Chi-Omega.
Post college, raising her two sons Justin and Michael was the most memorable and joyful time of her life.
She ran several businesses before working at the Party Place and Dr Joseph Bolin’s office where she formed additional lifelong friendships. Ginny was always filled with joy as she spoke about her family and friends.
Ginny was preceded in death by her mom, Olga Lee, dad, Leland Lee, sister, Dianne Weale, and brother, Leland Lee Jr.
Ginny leaves behind her two sons Justin and fiancée Christina Kelley, and Michael, wife Jennifer along with grandchildren Camie and Caden, sister-in-law, Kate Jobe and her partner Lori Hinson, and sister-in-law Judy Greer, and niece Shana Santellan, husband Dan, and nephew Sid Greer, wife Sandra, niece Dianne Armstrong, husband John, and nephew Brian Weale, wife Heather, and their families.
Also included as family would be her very close and dear friends, who all held a very special place in her life.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Cemetery in Dallas.
The visitation will be held at 9:30, service at 10:30, and gravesite to follow with immediate family.
