Virginia Mae Nelson's Obituary
Born February 8, 1926 and passed away on February 19, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hess and Oma Greathouse; sons, Mike and Ric Nelson; grandson, Mark Lanter. Virginia is survived by 2 daughters: Nancy Nelson and Nita Lanter and husband, Cecil; 1 son, Mark Nelson and wife, Kim; 5 grandchildren: Leah Mahan, Jessica Nelson, Sara Erlinger, Luke Lanter and Aimee Lanter; 2 great grandchildren: Camryn and Kristin Erlinger. Virginia was a loving mother, grandmother and friend who was a member of Lake Highlands Methodist Church. She graduated from Parkland Nursing School and had a career in nursing at Baylor Hospital. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:30PM, Sunday, February 22, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home. Service at 3:30PM, Sunday, February 22, 2009 in Restland Memorial Chapel.
