Mrs. Virginia Rodgers, age 80, passed away peacefully at 6:30 AM on Saturday, May 19, 2018, at Golden Acres in Dallas, Texas. She was born on Sunday, May 1, 1938, to her loving and thoughtful parents in Bullard, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar Lamar Clements and Mary Eupha Cooper, and her sisters, Nina Senkel and Martha Logan. She was survived by her loving husband, Leon Rodgers, her sister, Carolyn Clements, her daughters; Fran Oleson and husband, Mark, Cindi Strong and husband, Jimmy, her son, James LeMac Cloud, Jr., her step-sons, David Rodgers and wife, Patricia, and Ronny Rodgers, 5 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Virginia Rodgers will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home.
