Vivian Ann McGraw's Obituary
Vivian Ann McGraw “Fifi” Sunrise May 17, 1955 Sunset October 16,2019 Our beloved mother has gone to heaven to reunite with her daughter Letty, mom and dad, cousin Toni and Chayo, her grand dog Pepper and her grandma “granny” she missed for many years. She leaves behind her daughter Rhiannon and son Robert. Five granddaughters Branisha, Jaida, Gabi, Mia and Peyton. Her first great grandson Elijah who would FaceTime her on many nights. Her brother Able Lee “Beaver” and wife Mariah. Simon “Scooter” and Molly who so oh so loved. To keep her memory alive. Plus many aunts and uncles, cousins and dear friends. In her early years she loved spending time at her grandmother’s house with her cousin Toni. According to my mom they had to do a lot of chores she swept the kitchen twice a day. In her teenage years she loved to hang out with Abel Lee “Beaver” he was her little brother and she always looked out for and adored. Vivian would drive around in her mom’s sporty cars. Letty was her first born and they sometimes fought like oil and vinegar. But there was nothing but loved there. And when Letty left to go to Heaven almost five years ago Vivian was never the same. She single handly raised Robert “Roy” and Rhiannon “Nana” for many years. Her pride and joy were her children. She never let them leave without knowing they were loved by her. When her first “grand-baby” as she loved to call then was born she was in the delivery room. Seeing her granddaughters made her day. As Vivian got older her health wasn’t good. She overcame the death of her parents, cousin and daughter which put a toll on her. She overcame a stroke in 2015. She was extremely strong a fought so hard to get better for her daughter Rhiannon and granddaughters Jaida and Gabi who lived and cared for each day. She enjoyed watching movies sometimes she would watch them over and over again, watching General Hospital, LOVED the Beatles, the Royal family, being with her family, Thanksgiving was her favorite holiday, in her younger years cooking (her flautas were the best), getting to know everyone she never passed a stranger, whenever one of her loved one wasn’t feeling good they called her with symptoms and knew just how to make them better (my grandma always said she had her PhD without having it) and she enjoyed laughing with her family. Rhiannon would love to thank Jaida for taking great care of her Grandma Fifi they had a bond that only we could dream about. Jaida spent many evenings caring for her grandma and couldn’t wait to get home from work or school to share news with her. And Gabi who learned to cook light meals for her grandma on many nights. She lived longer because they gave her the motivation she needed. Girls please continue to make her proud. They have already begun to miss her so much. Also, thank you to my Aunt Monica and Aunt Valerie for comforting and supporting me the past few weeks. Vivian would be so proud because you are watching over her baby girl now.
