DALLAS, TX– Toporin, Volodymyr, 68 was born to parents Stepan Toporin and Maria Ovchinnikova on February 14, 1949, in Ukraine. He passed away on November 10, 2017, in Plano, Texas. A graveside service for Mr.Volodymyr will be held at 4:00 pm Tuesday, November 14, 2017, in Garden of Eternity at Restland Cemetery located at 13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, Texas, 75243. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved him. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243, (972-238-7111).
