Voncille Mildred Bourdene's Obituary
BOURDENE, VONCILLE M. Voncille departed this world on September 19, 2007 at her home in Dallas. She was born June 9, 1917 at Dexter, Texas. She was the youngest of seven children (three boys and four girls) of James M. McDaniel and Laura Bell Chisum McDaniel. She was married to James Milton McDaniel who preceded her in death in 1956. She was married to Charles Robert (Bob) Bourdene who also preceded her in death in 1989. She was a member of Northlake Baptist Church in Dallas. Voncille is survived by her son, Milton E. (Gene) McDaniel and his wife, Mary; her granddaughter, Kelly Cantwell and husband, Paul; her great granddaughters, Becky and Charlotte Cantwell. She is also survived by her stepson, Dr. Robert Bourdene and his wife, Marilyn, as well as, five step-grandchildren and ten great step-grandchildren. She also leaves several nieces and nephews and their families. Other survivors are her wonderful caregivers: Rose, Martha, Peggy, Nina, Betty, Daniel and others. She will be greatly missed by all, especially her niece, Pat.
