Dr. W. O. (Toby ) Woolverton's Obituary
Dr. W. O. (Toby) Woolverton of Richardson Texas passed away quietly at home on Wednesday April 29th, 2026. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years Nelda Sue Woolverton and son Dr. Wade Owen Woolverton. He is survived by his son Dr. Ward Bentley Woolverton, daughter Dr. Tracey Su Wiest, daughter in law’s Tracy Jean Woolverton and Diana Lapp Woolverton, son in law Brian Wiest and grandchildren Amy Woolverton, Brett Woolverton, Lauren Anderson, Marcus Woolverton, Kirstin Wiest, Collin Wiest, Adam Wiest, Aaron Woolverton, Brittney Hubbard, Jody Woolverton, Wade Woolverton and many many great grandchildren.
Dr. Toby, as he was known, enjoyed a private family Chiropractic practice for 56 years in which he touched and changed countless lives. He had an incredible love for family and friends.
Dr. Toby Woolverton certainly never met a stranger.
There will be a graveside gathering for family at Restland Memorial Cemetery on Monday May 11th at 3:00 PM.
A celebration of life will be scheduled at a future date.
