Wally Taylor's Obituary
Wally Taylor joined the loved of his life on October 27 to dance through eternity in that heavenly ballroom. He and Mary have left and amazing legacy of family and accomplishments during their stay on this earth. Wally is survived by his children, Gary Taylor and wife, Vicky, Karen Price and husband, Bob, George Taylor and wife, Barb, Barbara Landingin and husband, Jun, Patty Parker and husband, Steve, Nancy Mills and husband, John, Marie Jones, William (Bill) Taylor and wife, Jennifer. In addition, Wally’s legacy includes 27 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, numerous friends at the Garland Senior Center and all the athletes, scouts, co-workers and friends he had an impact on during his 88 years. The visitation for Wally will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 30, 2014 in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home, with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. The funeral service for Wally will be at 10:30 AM on Friday, October 31, 2014 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 600 S. Jupiter Road, Richardson, Texas. The graveside service for Wally will be at 12:30 PM on Friday, October 31, 2014 at Restland Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Garland Senior Activity Center Site Council, 600 West Avenue A, Garland, Texas 75040.
