Wanda Alexander's Obituary
Wanda June (Miller) Alexander, 86, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2016. Born in March of 1929, Wanda lived each day as if it were her last; her life rich with a love of travel, her career & most of all, her family. Wanda was born in Dallas, Texas, later moving to Boston where she met the love of her life. After moving back to Dallas together, Wanda joyfully worked in the Real Estate Industry while always making time for her largest pride – her three children. Wanda was devoted to all in her life & enjoyed traveling with friends & family, lending a hand to all around her and creating a legacy that will not soon be forgotten. Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, Lillith Rush & Calvin Miller; her husband, John Thomas Alexander; her son, Thomas Randall “Randy” Alexander and daughter, Debra Alexander Moody. She is survived by her daughter, Sheri Alexander; Grandson’s Jonathan Alexander & Chad Alexander; Granddaughter’s Brandi Serwin and her husband Shane Serwin & Magen Moody Ramos and her husband Neill Ramos; Great Grandson, Timothy Alexander; Great Granddaughter, Isabella Ramos; a great great granddaughter, Clarissa Alexander and many other family & friends. Wanda’s life will be celebrated at 10 AM Thursday, January 21st, 2016 at Restland’s Wildwood Chapel. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday, January 20th, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home.
