She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Wanda worked as an accountant for many years, retired from Texas Instruments and North Dallas Bank & Trust.
Wanda is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Divine and husband Wes Divine of Sachse, Teresa Johnson of Saginaw, Grandson Brandon Hortman and wife Sara, Granddaughter Kristi Hortman, Grandson Levi Johnson. Great-grandsons Jacob Hortman and Asher Hortman.
Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Carter, and her parents Homer and Willie Norris. Her brothers, Bill Norris, Bobby Norris, Cecil Norris, Sisters, Betty Phipps, Ruby Crump, Charlsie Gracy
