Wanda W. Davis' Obituary
Davis, Wanda Ward Born July 15, 1926 in Slaton, Texas to Chester Lee and Georgann Ward. Passed away July 19, 2009 in Garland, Texas surrounded by those that loved her dearly. She is survived by husband Don Davis; daughters Janice Dodd, Kathy Johnson, and Vickie Lee and husband James; brother Joe Ward; sisters Dorothy Minor and Linda Chapman; 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren. Wanda was a member of Centerville Rd Church of Christ. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 until 8:00 pm, Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home. A service will be held in Wanda’s honor at 10:00 am, Wednesday, July 22, 2009 in Restland’s Memorial Chapel,Bro. Ken Hope officiating. Interment to follow in Restland Memorial Park, Court of Freedom.
