Ms. Wanda Gayle Faulkner's Obituary
Wanda Faulkner was born on August 27, 1947 in Dallas, TX to parents Frank and Blanche Sims. She peacefully passed on the morning of March 3, 2021.
Wanda is survived by son, David Faulkner; wife, Chaynon Faulkner; granddaughter, Meagan Faulkner; great grandson, Ashton Faulkner; Cousins, Roger and Van Horrocks, Crystal, Junior, Corey Wells, and Penny Bowels; niece and nephew, Sarah and Clayton Strong; and many other cousins, neices and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Blanche and Frank Sims; sister, Linda Cici; niece, Jennifer Wells; aunts and uncles, Jettie and Jack Horrocks, Louise and Lois Ballard, Wincie Dale and Wayne Bowels; and her dogs, Stragler, Pierre and Rowdy.
Gayle was a loving, caring, hard working woman with a heart of gold who loved her son, granddaughter, great grandson and her daughter-in-law Chaynon. She enjoyed spending time with family, working, baking and sewing.
The family will receive friends and family from 3-5pm on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Restland Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 12pm at Restland Funeral Home followed with the burial.
