Wanda L. Jackson Robinson was born on November 19, 1930, in Paris, Texas to Artis and Bobbie Jackson. Wanda received her Heavenly Wings on Sunday, January 7, 2024. Those left to cherish Wanda’s memories are her children, Ray, Manjuel (Vikki) and Rhonda; her Grandchildren Christy, Shane (Tomikko), Dustin and Victor (Chayla); her Great-Grandchildren Onye, Alexis, Peyton, Auria and Mackinley; Brothers Lem, Thomas and John; Sisters Minnie, Barbie, Katy, and Pandora. A gathering of friends and family will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A Celebration of Wanda’s life will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Both services will be at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church located at 9550 Shepherd Road, Dallas, Texas 75243. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
