Wanna Faye Van's Obituary
Faye Van of Dallas born in Durant, OK, age 92, peacefully went to be with the Lord on September 24th, 2021. She is survived by her husband of 71 beautiful years, Dewey Van and her daughter Linda Powell and husband Vic Powell, Son-In-Law Richard Barnes, grandchildren Angi Young, Jason Powell, Josh Powell, Adam Barnes, and a multitude of great grandchildren that she loved very well and of course their sweet puppy Daisy. She joins her daughter Brenda Barnes in heaven along with her two sisters and a host of passed family and friends. Faye was an Admissions Clerk for many years at Bryan Adams High School in Dallas. She was known as Meme to her grandchildren and great grandchildren and loved to be with them. She was a feisty lady that never met a stranger. She loved life, her family and friends who will all miss her very much, but can never forget her. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM at Restland funeral home on Tuesday, September 28th, visitation at 9 AM.
