I knew Lee when he was a Technical Representative for Project QuickLook in Germany. He was a brilliant man and a good friend to all of the soldiers in our outfit. I last saw him at the reunion in Dallas, he had not changed a bit. My condolences to his family.
I worked with Lee at Boeing-Corinth. As he called it, we were always partners in crime in the chamber. He will be greatly missed by me. God Bless to Lee's family and friends!

Lee, remember that old, black Benz, a '60 or so; a 220S. It was an hot evening, '72 or '73, in Sulpach, Germany, Seeweg 9; you worked on the left front wheel bearing; the neighbour's son joined in; proud of being able to speak and understand some English; the fingers got black from grease and dirt; you made it and I had made a friend for life and way beyond. Russ and Radonna, I am deeply saddened to hear of Lee's passing. I have many great memories of him amongst the countless hours spent at your house, playing trivial pursuit, 42, his stories and jokes, talking with him about his latest furniture restoration project, the fried venison…the list goes on. And who can forget the blue el camino?
A wonderful husband, family man, and brave American. He will be greatly missed by so many. God Bless
