Warren Lamar Todd III's Obituary
Warren Lamar Todd III was born August 22, 1939 in Dallas, Texas. He passed from this life to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 9, 2014. Warren was the beloved son of Warren Lamar (“W.L.”) Todd Jr. and Virginia Moore Todd. He is preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his cousins. Warren was raised in Dallas by his devoted and loving parents who were dedicated to his development and well being. Together they travelled, were active in Scofield Memorial Church, and enjoyed many gatherings with the family he loved. Warren was a cheerful person, a gentle soul who enjoyed conversing with people, especially joking to share a good laugh. He was appreciated by others for his politeness and his wonderful sense of humor. For the past 43 years, Warren resided at Marbridge in Manchaca, Texas, where he enjoyed an active and happy life, surrounded by love and understanding. At Marbridge, he particularly liked bowling, bingo, UT sporting events and everything about the state of Texas. Warren loved music and amazed people with his ability to play the piano from memory, always patriotic songs and hymns. The family is grateful to the staff at Marbridqe for Warren’s exceptional care for so many years. All who knew Warren personally will miss him and are grateful to God for the opportunity to have known him. A private service will be held for the family to celebrate Warren’s life. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238. If desired, donations may be made to Marbridge Foundation, P.O. Box 2250, Manchaca, Texas 78652, or to a charity of your choice.
