Mr. Wei-ning Tu, 70, passed away in Richardson, Tx. on Monday, September 27, 2021. He was born to Fa-yen Tu and Shie-mui Tung on September 24, 1951 in Taiwan. Wei-ning leaves his loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. He will be sincerely missed by his loving family, devoted friends and all of the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
