William Robert Beverley's Obituary
BEVERLEY, WILLIAM ROBERT (BILL) was born March 29, 1931 in Dallas, Texas and died March 25,2014 at his home in Irving, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Peggy and Edwin Beverley and one brother, Charles Beverley. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Lois Rhein Beverley; daughter, Sherie Salas Lamack of Mansfield, Texas; son, William Robert Beverley, Jr. of Wylie, Texas; three grandchildren, Timothy Koger, Shawn Koger and Ashley Larson; five great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Koger, Collin Koger, Emma Jane Koger, Raiden Larson and Lars Larson; brother, Edwin Lee Beverley of Red Oak, Texas; sister, Suzanne London of Dallas, Texas and several nieces and nephews. Bill graduated from Sunset High School in Oak Cliff, Texas and served in the Naval Reserves. He was employed by Braniff Airlines in Dallas for 29 years and currently worked part-time for Southwestern Blueprint in Dallas. Bill was an avid golfer and a member of the North Texas Senior Golf Association, and also an antique car enthusiast and former member of the Dallas Area Chevy Club. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held Friday, March 28, 2014 at 2:30 PM at Restland Memorial Chapel.
