William C. Bradley Jr.'s Obituary
William C. Bradley Jr., a devoted husband, brother and father, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2025, in Richardson, Texas, at the age of 93. Born to William C Bradley and Frances Tomlinson Bradley on March 8, 1932, in Kansas City, Kansas, Bill lived a life marked by service, adventure, and deep love for his family and country. He proudly served as a Navy pilot, where his passion for flying and dedication to duty defined his years in uniform. His time in the Navy was a calling that brought him immense pride and a lifelong passion for aviation. Bill was married to the love of his life, Eleanor Bradley, for 67 wonderful years. Their enduring partnership was a testament to love, commitment, and shared joy. Together, they built a life filled with laughter and cherished memories. Bill worked for Rockwell International in Richardson, TX for 25 years as an Electrical Engineer and Manager of the Testing Department.
Bill will be remembered as a proud naval aviator and lifelong Jayhawks fan but, more importantly, for his warm heart and unwavering integrity. He leaves behind a legacy of honor, love, and inspiration. He is survived by his wife Eleanor, their children David Bradley and wife Dawnda, and Jim Bradley and wife Mitzi. Bill leaves behind numerous grandchildren who will miss him dearly: Haley Perkins and husband Chad, Dacie Aukes and husband Joel, Trent Bradley and wife Amy, Dawson Bradley, Daisha Bradley, Dailana Bradley and Danner Bradley and great grandchildren Kirby Perkins and Crew Perkins. Bill is also survived by his sister Barbara Carter, as well as numerous nephews, nieces and extended family.
