In 2016, shortly after I met Bill, he gave me a new testament bible. It has been such a blessing over these past few years. When I am studying the bible, I use other tools, but I start almost every business day by reading a chapter out of that pocket new testament.
I thank God for Bill's faithfulness to distribute the Word. Isaiah 55:11 says "God's word will not return void, but will accomplish the purpose for which He sends it."
I was already a Christian, but God had a specific purpose for that pocket new testament, to help me grow. He used Bill to be part of the process of accomplishing that purpose.
A wonderful memory I have of Mr. Crenshaw was listening to the banter between him and my dad. I was blessed to be in attendance of a donor dinner for a nonprofit ministry with my dad. As my dad “worked” the room saying hi to others he knew, he came across Mr. Crenshaw and the laughter between him and my dad, sticks in my mind. I can picture exactly where we were standing in that room. Such joy to know he’s fully healed.

My favorite memory was when I attended a donor dinner with my dad for a nonprofit ministry just in the last couple of years. My dad was working the room. He made it over to the Crenshaw’s to say hi. Just watching Mr. Crenshaw just smiling away…I remember laughing and listening to the banter going back and forth between my dad and him. Joy to know he’s fully healed and laughing again.
