William Thomas Crier, Jr, passed away from this life February 1, 2019. Traveling the road once again to become Stardust.He was born on August 27, 1930, in Abilene, Texas to William T. and Emma Jean Lange Crier. William graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude. He was engaged in radio television, broadcasting, real estate, and banking where he helped develop and market the nation’s first bank credit card, and for almost forty years, he operated the Crier Arabian horse farm in Plano.William is predeceased by his daughter, Carolyn Ann Crier. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Ann, daughters; Catherine Jean Crier and Cynthia Bradfield Crier of New York, and a brother, Jack S. Crier and family of Austin Texas.Visitation for Mr. Crier will be on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. inside the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery with the Funeral Service for Mr. Crier following at 11:00 a.m.If desired, contributions may be made to the Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital, Dallas or the SPCA of Texas charity of choice.Funeral arrangements for Mr. William Thomas Crier, Jr ,been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, which is located at 13005 Greenville Ave., at the intersection of Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243, and can be reached at (972) 238-7111
