DECKER, WILLIAM LEE Born April 22, 1937 in Covington, Kentucky and passed away April 23, 2012 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by his parents, Walton Joseph and Wilma Margaret Decker. William is survived by his wife, Joy Lee Decker; stepson, Wayne Whisenhunt; and stepdaughter, Cheryl Caldwell. Graveside service will be held at 1:30pm, Saturday, April 28th at Restland Memorial Park, Whispering Waters III.
