William Carl Engman Jr's Obituary
Bill Engman of Irving, Texas passed away on January 9, 2018, in Irving, Texas. He was born on May 11, 1962, to William Engman Sr. and Marlene Engman in St. Louis, Missouri. He is survived by his sisters, Diane Mosley and Lanette Godfrey; nephew, Danny; niece, Denise; great-nieces and great-nephews and a host of family and friends; and dear friend, Lauri Thompson. Bill is preceded in death by his parents.Bill was always very happy and joyful. He was happy to be alive and did not allow illness to get him down. He was a very caring, smart and giving man. Bill was always fun to be around. Being blind never hindered Bill from doing anything and he always achieved the goals he set. He loved children, especially his nieces and nephews. Bill truly loved his family and friends and was never afraid to show it. Bill was a wonderful cook and he had a magnetic personality. He had great faith in God (Lutheran Faith). He even met Willie Nelson once. Bill had beautiful blonde hair from the sun shining on him and his father while they were sailing. He was very active, loved his parents and will be dearly remembered by all who knew him.Visitation will be held on Friday, January 12, 2018, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Restland Funeral Home.Service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018, at 3:00 pm at The Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
