William Edd Fegette's Obituary
William Edd Fegette 67, of Dallas, Texas passed away Sunday, October 30, 2011 at his residence. He was born September 6, 1944 in Dallas to NJ and Bobbie (Hudgins) Bishop who later divorced. His mother married Iva Lee Fegette, September 6, 1947. William married Sharon (Heldman) Hall on November 12, 1984 and she survives. Surviving are a son, William Bishop of Massillon, OH, and Shannon (John) Fashank of Newport, AR, Mandy (Brent) Taylor Grapevine, AR, and stepson Kevin (Merri Joy) of Findlay, OH; 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; a sister, Judy Killgore (John) of McGregor, TX and Bobby Fegette of Dallas. He was preceded in death by his father, mother and stepfather. He had numerous careers but none that he enjoyed as much as being a Peace Officer. He worked as a truck driver and owned a lawn service before retiring in 2009. He loved to hunt, camp, and spend time with family and friends. He believed that laughter was good for the soul. He was a true Texas Red-Neck and loved to talk. He would often joke that people would have to bite their arm off to get away.
