William Ray Gibson's Obituary
William Ray Gibson, 61, died March 10, 2020 at Baylor University Medical
Center in Dallas, TX after a long battle with Cancer. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Ray Gibson, and his mother, Bobbie Jean Gibson. He is survived by his son William D. Gibson. William had a great sense of humor and always tried to help others any way he could. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was known as quite the handyman and very knowledgeable. He was always working on engines and fixing things around the house. He’d often get asked by friends, family and even strangers if he could take a look at something for them, in fact, in his younger years a neighbor asked if he could remove a birds nest from their dryer vent which he did and ultimately that neighbor ended up being his first wife with whom he had his first and only son with. Growing up William enjoyed playing football and motocross both of which he has earned many trophies and awards for.
