William Thornton Joslin Jr.'s Obituary
Joslin, William “Bill” Born November 23, 1927 in Picher, Oklahoma and passed away September 29, 2014 in Garland, Texas. Bill served in the United States Army. He had his own television sales and repair shop, Joslin TV, in Garland, Texas from 1970-1992. After retiring, he loved traveling and spending time with his family and friends, by which he will be dearly missed. Preceded in death by his parents William and Minnie Blagg Joslin; siblings Roy, Olen, Eunice, Jearl, George, Thelma, and Billy. Survived by his wife of 61 years Geraldine; sister Juanita McClure; brother-in-law Howell Gibbs; children Glenda Stacy and her husband Gary, Robert Joslin and his wife Sally; grandchildren Amanda Stacy, Rob Joslin and his wife Chandler, Reid Joslin, and Shane Stacy; many cousins, nephews, nieces, other relatives, and numerous close friends. The visitation for William Joslin will be on Thursday, October 2, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 8:00PM at Restland Funeral Home. The service for William Joslin will be held on Friday, October 3, 2014 at 11:00 AM at The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Garland Memorial Park Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial ark, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238.
