DALLAS, TEXAS – William Russell Kiker Jr. was born on September 28, 1954 to William Russell Kiker Sr. and Fay Meadows in Birmingham, Alabama. He passed away on December 8, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. William is survived by his loving family and devoted friends, and will be missed by all who knew him.The family will receive visitors on Friday, December 15, 2017 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Restland Funeral Home. There will be a funeral service on Saturday, December 16, 2017 beginning at 10:00AM at The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
